Dr. Hsu
Dr. Winston Hsu graduated with his doctorate of pharmacy from University of Houston in 2010. He has close to a decade of experience working and specializing in pharmaceutical compounding. He has also worked multiple years in long term care, specialty, hospital, retail and psychiatry. Of all his professional experiences, his true passion is in compounding, health, and wellness. He is focused on shifting the paradigm from reactive care to preventative care with holistic health management. In his free time, he enjoys working out, traveling, eating and playing with his fur babies.

Sam Schen
Samuel earned his BSBA in Marketing and Management at University of Evansville in Indiana and studied International Business abroad at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England. He has over 8 years of extensive industry experience as a physician liaison and associate Vice President of sales and reimbursement for a specialty pharmacy practice. He is a vital role player that ensures exceptional patient care by closely communicating between pharmacy and physician while also providing the highest level of customer service, transparency, and reliability. This enables both the pharmacy and physician to effectively treat the patient’s medical conditions and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Sarah Schen
A proud Houston, Texas native and former collegiate soccer captain, earning a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma and studied International Business abroad at Universidad de Almería in Spain.
Calling Austin, Texas home for the past nine years, Sarah is dedicated to promoting personalized healthcare solutions. She focuses on strategic marketing and streamlined operations to enhance brand awareness and patient experience.
With strong connections to local organizations such as the Austin Chamber of Commerce, Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, Junior League of Austin, and the Young Women’s Alliance, she fosters valuable partnerships that support our mission. Facts & Questions
How can I fill my medication with Health+ Rx?
We work closely with many physicians to ensure successful therapeutic outcomes. Often, they will send your prescription directly to Health+ for expedited processing. If you need a prescription filled, you may reach out to our staff and we will communicate with your physician’s office. Physicians may fax us prescriptions at 713.583.5300. Upon payment, we will process and ship your medication directly to you. Local pick up in Houston is also available.
When will I receive my medication?
We will ship out the majority of medication orders we receive the same day. We offer free shipping via USPS First Class. Packages should arrive in approximately 2 to 3 business days pending USPS. Overnight shipping is available with an additional fee.
Does Health+ Rx accept insurance?
Currently, we do not accept insurance. Many of our compounded products are custom formulations that would not be covered by insurance. We forgo insurance contracts and instead offer the most competitive prices for our high quality medications.

Compounding originated in the ancient times as a means to provide medication and healing to people. It has been improved through modern technology and science, but the utility is still the same.
